Recent Consequence

Just this morning in home room, I was playing Tetris and talking to my friends when Ms. Tomiyasu started bugging us. Apparently she had a problem with us congregating and she put it upon herself to take the role of our mother. She walked towards us and tapped each one of us on the shoulder and asked “Did you finish your homework? Do you have something you need to do?” And when she got to me I replied with “Yes I did all my stuff” only that “stuff” apparently sounded like “shit”. I was playing Tetris while listening to music so I’m not sure whether I really said “shit” or “stuff”, but Ms. Tomiyasu thought I said “shit” and I was almost sent to Mr. Yamamoto’s. First off, even if I did say “shit” which I strongly denied, I don’t think sending me to see anyone would have helped anyone. Instead she gave a lecture about how kids shouldn’t swear, but it just made her sound like an “out of touch” adult.
