Day 1: What was most helpful about today’s peer conferencing? What are your next steps?

I found that the rubric that my peer editor used was helpful. Also the conversation between author and reader is good because I receive insight on how my essay is actually received. From here, I will use the feedback I got to better my essay. Perhaps make it more relatable or add more reflection.

  1. I feel the same way. The rubric definitely helps as it is from a reliable source on what many colleges are looking for in an essay. And its not just peer edits but i feel you can go through the rubric yourself and see based on your own opinion if your essay meets the qualifications.
